Last year, Bristol was European Green Capital 2015. Sustainability is a big part of student life in Bristol, whether you're into buying from charity shops, producing your own food or travelling by bike. 

To learn more about our award winning social and environmental initiatives and make a positive impact in your community, check out our free activities throughout the year.

Change Maker Award

Students who have given 7 hours or more towards a social, economic or environmental cause in Bristol or beyond are Change Makers! This could be a volunteer project, research project or paid employment - as long as you have shared your experiences (e.g. via a presentation or social media) you qualify. Submit your application here and email bristolsu-getgreen@bristol.ac.uk if you have any questions.
