On the log-in screen there are two options. University of Bristol students should click the text saying: "University of Bristol Students log in with your University Credentials". This will take you to the single-sign-on prompt and will use your university details. If it doesn't work, let us know via email on email@example.com. All non-students need to register as a guest. You can then sign-on using the non-student sign-in.

Your student ID is the code of the form 'ab12345' that is given to you as the prefix of your university email
For the majority of mailings related to your account we are using your university account; this includes information from the clubs and societies you have joined. For large mailings from the students' union including our fortnightly newsletter we are using your personal email address. You can change this by logging in and changing your contact preferences.
