We all have lives, families, friends. Things go wrong and life becomes stressful and when this happens it can become difficult to study and do our best whatever the task. Don’t struggle on without telling anybody. Talk to friends, personal tutor, Student Counselling, Just Ask or someone at the Multi-Faith Chaplaincy Centre, for example.
