Welcome to University of Bristol Wellbeing Network!
The Wellbeing Network was created to ensure that our wellbeing needs, as students, are being met by the structures and services that support us at university. We bring together students, societies, university support services and external partners to discuss, campaign for and offer solutions to how students at the University of Bristol can be better supported with their wellbeing and mental health.
Here's some of the exciting things the Wellbeing Network's working on this year:
Collaborating with Student Minds to develop a mental health strategy framework and toolkit for Students’ Unions across the country.
Contributing to an action plan for partnering with the NHS to provide mental health services to students.
Introducing drug testing kits at the Students’ Union and developing a broader harm reduction approach to student drug use.
Pushing the university to make Wellbeing Advisors more approachable and accessible across schools and faculties.
We've also got a whole calender of events to support national and global campaigns:
To keep up to date with our events and campaigns:
Chair: Ellie Leopold
