Welcome to University of Bristol Muay Thai

Muay Thai is one of the most effective striking arts on the planet, the pride of Thailand and the bane of all flashy fighting styles; Thai boxing is rapidly growing in popularity across the globe as it continues to make waves in the ring with its efficiency and no-nonsense technique.

Our classes cater for all levels and abilities, from complete beginners to seasoned fighters, and are led by passionate and experienced students all throughout the week. Whether you want to improve your fitness, flexibility, learn self defence, work off some stress, or just have fun and meet new friends, UoB Muay Thai has something for you!

For those who want to take it further and push their skills to the next level, or have experience already in martial arts, we have a passionate and growing team of fighters, who compete with other universities across the countries in amateur events. At least one interclub per university term is planned for the 2019/2020 year, with the club looking to host our own event in Spring 2020.
