Throughout August, the University of Bristol Sport are encouraging you to Get Active for 10. You might walk or run 10K, do 10 yoga classes or meditate for 10 minutes every day.

You can't win or lose in this challenge, it's all about getting moving in whichever way you choose and connecting online with other active individuals in the #wearebristol community!
Come up with your own Active-10 challenge and add in an element of volunteering. You could complete 10 good deeds for your communtiy whilst getting excersie at the same time!
