Sustainability

Students gardening at sustainability event - way to grow

Sustainability is a big part of student life in Bristol, whether you're into buying from charity shops, producing your own food or travelling by bike.

To learn more about our award winning social and environmental initiatives and make a positive impact in your community, check out our free activities throughout the year. Join the Bristol SU RAG, Volunteering & Sustainability Network Facebook group for updates.

Sustainability Month

February was Sustainability Month at Bristol SU. The Bristol SU RAG, Volunteering & Sustainability Network and Green Curriculum Team organised a series of panel discussions themed around the UN's Sustainable Development Goals, looking at how they can interact to benefit citizens and our planet. The series ended with a Zero-Waste panel, building into Zero-Waste Week.
