Staff FAQs

Who are the reps in my school/faculty?

Your school SAMs/GAMs should have received a list of the current reps from the SU. If you haven't received this please let us know and we can send it out to you.

Where can I get more information on the Representation System at the University?

We are currently updating our staff guide, and will be sending it out to all schools once it is complete. Also keep an eye out here for it! If you have any specific questions then the Representation Team are always able to help out. The staff lead for Arts, Life Sciences and Health Sciences is Lizzie Tilley; the lead for Engineering, Science and SSL is Stella Becci. Both can be contacted at

What training do course reps get?

We run multiple training sessions for all academic reps, and have some online training that we ask them to complete. In general we run two training conferences - one in November and one in April. You can find all the other training here

If there is something you would like us to include then please let us know!
