During the Christmas period the Trading team receives a large number of orders from supporters, you’ll be helping with;
Inputting our product and sales information from telephone and mail order forms into an excel spreadsheet.
Analysing product and sales reports, identifying trends and capturing this data in monthly reports across all of our online platforms.
Analysing best performing products from sales reports using e-commerce platforms
Recording the success of mailingsusing email marketing platforms.
We are looking for someone who
Is a whizz with IT and has experience of Microsoft Excel
Is familiar with and preferably has experience of using e-commerce and marketing platforms
Enjoys working as part of a friendly and enthusiastic team
Is able to work independently when needed.
Is organised and has a methodical approach to tasks with an attention to detail
Has an enthusiastic personality with a sense of fun – the lead up to Christmas in the CLIC Sargent office is always fun!

This is an ideal role for someone who would like to gain some experience in the charity sector.
We are looking for someone to join our team for one day a week during our normal office hours of 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday starting from September onwards. There are also opportunities to continue volunteering after the Christmas period. Exact times and days can be flexible to suit your other commitments.
You will need to complete an application form and provide two references.
You will be using your organisational and analytical skills to help us make the most of the Christmas period and provide our customers with the best experience possible when they buy their Christmas gifts. Not only will this mean that customers get their gifts in time for Christmas but it means more money raised for children and young people with cancer.
