There are many different forms of meditation that have been practised for centuries by different religious and non-religious traditions. At the Buddhist Society, we believe that the practice of meditation is the key ingredient to awakening one's inner nature, compassion and wisdom. This session is intended to help beginners and people with more experience to learn and develop their understanding of mindfulness and incorporate it into their daily lives.
