Womens+ Training Sessions run by Lydia

  • We are excited to announce a four week programme of board and gym training for the Womens+ bouldering community.

  • 90-minute sessions will be held every Monday in March (2nd 9th 16th and 23rd) at Flashpoint, starting at 6/6:30pm (We will decide once we make the groupchat). These sessions can be part of your longer bouldering sessions, just come and meet us in the upstairs gym at the start time.

  • 8 free tickets will be released on the SU website at (), from there we'll create a Whatsapp chat to stay in touch!

  • This is something we have wanted to deliver for a while, and want the sessions to be collaborative, so that other members are empowered to deliver something similar at other gyms, or in the future. With this in mind, the first session may take a little longer to work out the group's interests and training priorities.

  • Flexible session structure: group stretching routine, fingerboard warm-up, Kilter board workout, gym strength work, cool down stretches. 

  • Depending on interest, gym work might involve pull-up progressions, bar or mat core, mobility... bring anything you want to learn or work on!

  • If you have always wanted to try training for bouldering or meet other strong women, then this is the event for you 🙂. We suggest that you have one year bouldering experience to get the most out of the sessions.
