You won't regret give Touch Rugby a Go! We are a mixed sport, open to all levels of experience whether you've never touched a rugby ball or if you've played in international touch tournaments. If you haven't heard of touch, this is a perfect time to try out rugby league's cousin in a friendly and welcoming environment. All you have to bring to the GIAG session is a pair of boots (trainers work fine), and our committee will guide you through the basics of the sport and we'll have some fun!
