Women's only Lifting: GIAG!

As a club, we're deeply committed to empowering more women to participate in strength sports and build confidence in the gym. That’s why we’re thrilled to offer a special session exclusively for those who self-identify as women. This event is all about creating a safe, supportive, and inspiring space for you to explore your strength.

Led entirely by the incredible women on our committee, you’ll get to hear their personal stories and how they found their passion for lifting. After introductions, we'll break into groups based on your interests—whether it’s general gym training, powerlifting, or weightlifting. Each group will dive into hands-on exercises, guided by our experienced committee members, giving you the perfect opportunity to try something new and connect with others who share your goals.

This is more than just a workout—it's an opportunity to join a community that supports and celebrates your journey!
