Hello, we’re the Housing Advice Team!

We offer free, independent and confidential housing advice students at the University of Bristol.

We’re here to help you feel more confident during your first few years of independent living and help you understand your rights and responsibilities as a tenant. We can support you through any housing problems you might face, no matter where you are living while at university.

We offer a free, independent and confidential advice service on:

• Tenancy agreements and licences
• Emergencies and scams
• Moving out of your home
• Finding housemates and accommodation
• Bills and finance
• Maintenance and repairs

If we can’t help you, we’re confident that we can put you in touch with someone else who can!

We offer online and in-person appointments and drop-ins in Senate House. You can contact the team and request support by submitting an enquiry form. You’re also likely to see us at events like the Housing Fair, so come and say hello!
