Join Bristol SU on this day trip to the town of Frome! Visit the famous independent market and experience the mix of artists and creators showcasing their goods 🏘️
What to expect?
Spend the day looking through the market's unique offerings, from crafts to designers, jewellery, vintage and everything in between! The Frome Independent Market is an award winning street market.
Alongside stalls of local sellers and food vendors, the market showcases live music, street performance, workshops and activities. If you're looking for a way to experience British Culture then this day out is the one for you!
As well as the market you can expect to see medieval cobbled streets and historic buildings ranging from as far back as the 7th century!
We'll invite you to a WhatsApp group chat the day before, and the SU Day Trips Team will be available all day to answer your questions and suggest places to go. They'll also let you know what they're up to and be joining in on the fun, leading smaller groups to popular sites during free time.
So if you're coming on your own there will be plenty of opportunities to meet new people and make new connections throughout the day.

ALL TICKETS ARE NONREFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERRABLE. All sales are final. Refunds are not available on tickets once purchased, including those bought in error or in cases of illness or injury. However, refunds may be given in the following cases:
- The entire event is cancelled by the promoter or Bristol SU. Refunds are available to everyone who has purchased a ticket in advance.
- The event is postponed to another date which the ticket holder cannot attend. The ticket holder must opt in to a refund within 7 days of notification or before the event date, whichever is sooner.
- The main performing artist has cancelled or the event is significantly altered for reasons beyond our control, but the event still took place.
- Refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances.
In all instances, the duty manager’s decision will be final.

Transfer Policy
- All tickets for Bristol SU events are non-transferrable and are assigned exclusively to your account.
- In instances where buying multiple tickets is available then you may send your ticket to a trusted friend to use on your behalf. Our systems detect duplicate tickets, so only send your ticket to one person to avoid them being turned away.
