This free class is an opportunity to take an hour to focus on your mental health. Our amazing instructor will take you through a range of stretches and flow exercises that are suitable for all levels which will hopefully leave you feeling refreshed and with a clear head.
This class is for anyone and is suitable for complete beginners or those with a fitness background. If you have any accessibility requirements please let us know as the class can be adapted to fit around your needs.
