GIAG: Athletics and Cross-Country Long Run and Brunch

Details – UBACCC’s Sunday long runs are designed to be at a slow and easy pace, they give a great opportunity to run as a group, and explore this amazing city whilst having a good chat along the way. Each Sunday a different route will be planned and this route will be split into a sightly shorter route of around 6-8 miles and a slightly longer route of 9-11 miles. Of course, we will all start together but then split off nearer the end of the run depending on how you feel and how far you want to run that day. On the last Sunday of each month, we will all finish the run at a café for brunch. This will be a nice way to rehydrate, refuel and recover together and if you are new to Bristol it’s a great opportunity to explore and experience different cute and quaint brunch cafes around the city. This Sunday we will finish the run at Café TBC so don’t forget to bring your phone/card/cash for afterwards! Please feel free to get in contact if you have any questions or concerns.

Long run plan;

10.30am – Start long run, following route 

~ 11.30am – Shorter group arrive at café TBC for brunch 

~ 12.00pm – Longer group arrive at café TBC for brunch 

12.30-1.00pm – head home after brunch
