Lectio Divina or divine reading is a type of contemplative prayer focused on reading and reflecting on a passage of the Gospel. As part of this, we gather as a group to engage in prayer followed by some healthy discussion about our personal reflections. This first session will also include a short description of what Lectio Divina entails so it is welcome to anyone who wants to read the Word regardless of your familiarity with it! All you need to bring is yourself and a Bible if you have it. We hope to see you there!
