Womxn’s Only Kickboxing Session

This womxn’s only session offers a welcoming and empowering space to learn kickboxing, get fit, and build confidence. Whether you’re completely new or already have some experience, this class focuses on technique, fitness, and fun.
You’ll work through a mix of pad work, combinations, and conditioning drills designed to boost strength, coordination, and overall wellbeing. The session is supportive, energetic, and paced to suit all abilities.
Bring water and comfortable workout clothes - everything else is provided.
