All Abilities Session
Time: 9:15 – 10:15 PM
Location: Powersports Gym
This session is open to all experience levels - from beginners to more experienced kickboxers. You’ll work through a mix of technique drills, pad work, and conditioning exercises.
The focus is on improving your skills, fitness, and confidence in a supportive, energetic environment. Each drill can be adapted to match your experience so you can train at your own pace
Wear comfortable workout gear and bring some water!
