With coursework deadlines and final submissions piling up, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed. This gentle, beginner-friendly yoga session is the perfect opportunity to step away from your screen, stretch out the tension, and take a mindful moment to breathe. Designed to help you relax and recharge, the session welcomes everyone — whether you’re brand new to yoga or already enjoy it.

🎗 Why We’re Supporting Bristol Mind
Alongside caring for ourselves during a demanding time of year, we’re also coming together for a wider purpose. Bristol Mind is a local mental health charity that provides support, information, and services for people experiencing mental health difficulties. Their work helps people access the help they need, promotes better mental wellbeing, and challenges the stigma around mental health.
By taking part in this self-care session, you’re also helping others — half of the proceeds will go directly to Bristol Mind to support their vital mental health services.
