UBHWRFC (Women's Medics Rugby) is open to anyone and everyone of all abilities - you do not have to have played rugby before! A lot of our members joined our club fresh to the sport and are now core members of our team. This first session will be tailored to the abilities of those who attend. So whether you've never picked up a rugby ball or have played for years we will make sure that all will benefit from the session. You may get muddy, so dark sports clothes is advised. Football boots/rugby boots are not essential, but if you have some bring them along! Bring a water bottle as well to stay hydrated. We're planning on having a picnic afterwards all together (weather dependent), if not we'll grab a coffee and some food and get to know each other; all are welcome!
