Lifting Club Give it a go!

There will be 5 stations based around each main competitive lift: squat, bench, deadlift, clean and jerk and the snatch. There will be someone teaching you at each station what to do and how to improve, come and visit only 1 station or all 5 if you like. Great place to try and improve technique and be coached for free or to get a chance to meet some of the existing members as well as newcomers!
