Join us for a slow Sunday evening practice to reset for the upcoming week, taught by a student teacher. This class will be held in the Anson Rooms in the SU building (Richmond building).
Mats, blankets, bolsters and all other equipment is provided. Please arrive 5-10minutes early to the class to get settled on the mat. The class will begin at 8PM.
For the classes please wear comfortable clothes that you can move in and which do not cover your feet. The classes are performed barefoot, so trainers, socks and tights are not allowed.
