The Yoga Society is all about improving mental and physical wellbeing in addition to meeting new people in a friendly and inclusive atmosphere! Our classes are suitable for all abilities and equipment is provided.
Our instructors have carefully designed sessions with routines and flows that improve posture, energy levels and strength. Breathing and meditation exercises are intertwined throughout the sessions to focus on grounding, self-love and respect. Routines are not fixed and can be adapted to suit individual abilities.
The society continues to run four weekly classes in the Richmond building on Tuesday afternoons, Wednesday and Saturday mornings, and Sunday evenings. But this year, we have been able to add five additional classes. We’re continuing our partnership with Jade at the Yoganand Studio with two weekly classes on Monday and Thursday mornings. The classes are open to absolutely everyone, no matter previous experience or fitness. Classes can be individually tailored to suit your abilities. You can sign up online at any time during the year.
