✨ Yoga x Calisthenics Collab Class ✨

Start your week with movement, strength, and a good stretch. Our Yoga x Calisthenics Collab with Calisthenics Society is the perfect way to kick off your Monday and try something new in a relaxed, supportive environment. We’ll begin with a grounding yoga session to warm up the body and improve mobility, before moving into  calisthenics where you’ll learn simple bodyweight movements and build strength. It’s the perfect balance of stretch and strength — leaving you feeling energised for the week ahead.

 

✨ Best for: Anyone curious about calisthenics, looking to build strength, or wanting to try something new. 

✨ Expect: 1 hour of yoga to warm up and stretch, followed by 1 hour of calisthenics basics.
