We’re here to inform, advise and guide students on how to get the best outcome from university policies, processes and procedures. We offer guidance on processes like appeals, extenuating circumstances and changing course. We offer support to students facing sanctions or who are involved in disciplinary action. Students sometimes have other issues making their lives difficult, such as include mental health, finances or accommodation problems. We're not experts on these matters, so we put students in touch with the best local support for them.
We are open between 10am and 4pm on weekdays. We are unable to offer appointments or drop ins at the moment as this is our busiest period of the year so please send an email or leave us a phone message and we will get back to you as soon as we can. Please note that we aim to respond to enquiries within 3 working days.
