Come join BirdSoc again on our trip to the Severn Estuary!
Birdsoc is headed back to the Severn Estuary 15th February from the Clifton Down station where we'll be meeting at 8:50 am to take the train to Severn Beach! We'll be walking the Severn Way up to Pilning Wetlands where along the way we'll be looking at the waders, gulls and passerines across the shores. As usual, a number of guide books and binoculars will be available to borrow on the day, so make sure you check out our WhatsApp for upcoming details to ensure you'll have a pair.
Note, you will be able to purchase your train ticket either at the station or online, and we will be getting the 9:05 from Clifton Down station.

The weather on the estuary is likely to be windy, with the potential for light rain so wear appropriate warm and waterproof clothing with good walking shoes. For more details, join our WhatsApp to stay updated https://chat.whatsapp.com/Je5ns1ehuXuC84waS9cFx9
We hope to see you there this weekend!
