Come along and discover a new discipline in which you can master your skills, improve your fitness and conditioning, and, above all, have a laugh! This session will be focusing on beginner level drills, primarily developing a strong base for footwork and teaching you basic punches. Within the session, we will start with a warm-up aimed at getting your body ready for the session, as well as lifting your mood and having a bit of fun. We will then spend the majority of the session working on footwork and basic punches, before doing a cool-down exercise and stretching off. All you need to bring is some clothing in which you can move and do exercise in, some water and a good attitude towards learning. Boxing equipment will be provided to anyone who does not already own any!
