Join BUCG at Royate Hill Nature Reserve for their monthly volunteering session. Royate Hill is situated on top of an old railway viaduct over the Coombe Brook; the reserve is rich in wildflower meadow and developing woodland. Activities can include litter picking, habitat management like bramble clearance or invasive species removal. Please bring sturdy and grippy boots or shoes, a water bottle, lunch, and weather-appropriate and durable clothing for working amongst brambles. The session starts at the Greenview entrance (WTW ///solved.wheels.beyond). We will also be meeting at the centre (C9) stop to get the 10:28 am 48X bus to Royate Hill. All tools and gloves are provided.
