Looking for a fast-paced, fun and inclusive sport? Whether you are an absolute beginner or a seasoned veteran, come along to our Ultimate Frisbee Give it a Go! No experience is necessary; we will cover the basics of throwing, catching and playing a game of Ultimate.  All you need to bring is a water bottle, something comfortable you can run around in and energy to contribute to our great vibes (and boots if you have them!). We’ll be playing on the downs next to the Downs cafe. See you on Wednesday the 1st October!
