Breathe and Brew embodies the time old practice of sitting with a delicious cup of whole-leaf Chinese tea (for it has special qualities that you will learn about on the night) and allowing its beneficial nutrients to calm and centre us. We have a lovely set of tea cards that offer gentle healing and guidance as you drink the tea. It is a practice that encourages us to enjoy a moment of belonging to something much bigger than ourselves, to sit in the stillness and space it creates and reflect and breathe ourselves back to life.
No experience is needed for you to enjoy the practice, you don't even need to be a tea lover! Ideal for those of you with an open mind and a desire to find a calmer space in your day-to-day life.
