Yoga Society: Give it a Go! Friday Morning Energiser Flow with Poppy

Hungover? Half-asleep? Or just want a reason to start your Friday on a positive note? Our Friday Morning Energiser Flow is the perfect way to wake up your body, boost your mood, and ease into the day feeling refreshed and focused.

This Give It a Go session, led by our instructor Poppy, is completely beginner-friendly and open to everyone — no prior yoga experience needed. Expect a feel-good flow that combines gentle movement, breathwork, and light strength-building to energise your body without overwhelming you. You’ll leave feeling clear-headed, uplifted, and ready to take on the day

What to expect
- An uplifting, energising yoga flow to start your morning
- Simple, accessible sequences suitable for all levels
- A welcoming and supportive community atmosphere

What to bring / wear
- Comfortable activewear you can move in
- A water bottle
- Yoga mats are provided — just bring yourself!

Who to look out for: Your Yoga Society instructor will be there to welcome you and guide you through the session.
