Yoga Society: Give it a Go! Tuesday Afternoon Strong and Steady with Bryony

Looking for a mindful way to recharge in the middle of your day? Our Strong & Steady Flow class is the perfect mid-afternoon push — designed for those who have been to 1-3 yoga classes before, but still very beginner-friendly. This session will help you build strength and stability while keeping the pace accessible for all levels. Our wonderful teacher, Bryony, will guide you carefully through each posture, offering clear instructions and gentle adjustments to make sure you feel supported throughout. Expect a balanced mix of energising movement and grounding stretches, leaving you refreshed and ready to take on the rest of your week.

What to expect:
- A steady-paced vinyasa-style class focusing on strength, balance, and mindful breathwork.
- Suitable for beginners with some experience, as well as intermediates.
- A warm, supportive environment where you can learn at your own pace.

What to bring:
- Comfortable, stretchy clothing you can move freely in.
- A water bottle to stay hydrated.
- We will provide the mats and other equipment.

How to find us: Look out for the Yoga Society Committee at the entrance — we’ll be there to welcome you with smiles and help you get settled before class. Come along, roll out your mat, and give yourself the gift of a strong yet grounding practice to power you through your week. 🌸
