With so much choice, it’s common for students to join more than one group during their time at Bristol. But we know it can feel overwhelming to decide where to start...
That’s where Give It A Go! comes in.
Give It A Go! is a programme of taster sessions and events run by student groups at the start of each term. It’s your chance to try something new for free or at a reduced cost, before committing to a membership. No experience needed, just turn up!
Explore our Give It A Go! sessions for Term 1, now live and packed with opportunities to get involved. There is so much on offer!
You’ll also find us at the Welcome Fair on Saturday 27 September, where you can chat with hundreds of student groups, ask questions, and take part in live sessions in the Give It A Go! arena. It’s the perfect way to meet new people, try something different, and maybe even discover a new passion with Bristol SU ⭐
Join us for our Give It A Go! Takeover Day on Friday 19 September. Sessions will run across all SU spaces, giving you the chance to try out multiple student groups in one day. It’s a brilliant way to explore what’s on offer, meet new people, and get a real feel for student life at Bristol - all in one go.
