Thank you all for coming to Derby Day 2026, see you in 2027?

Derby day 2026 was a massive success!

Led by your Sport and Student Development Officer, Ella, the day showed off what you really can achieve as an FTO, when you have a vision to celebrate the best of student sport.

Throughout the day, we welcomed 9 rival universities to Bristol and thousands of you turned up to support and compete. The mood across Coombe Dingle was electric, the sun was shining, and everywhere you looked there was thrilling competition!

As the day came to an end and the sun began to set, we were treated to rugby matches featuring both our men’s and women’s teams who faced up against Birmingham 🏉
