Getting back into the swing of things in January after the Christmas Break can feel hard at times. So take a moment to slow down and move your body! 🧘‍♂️ Join us for Morning Yoga, a free session designed to help you relax, release tension, and gently ease into your day. This session is all about wellbeing, calm, and connection. Nothing too intense here! Whether you're new to yoga or just looking for a peaceful space to practice reset, you're very welcome.
