Whether you have never picked up a basketball or know how to do a lay up, this Give it a Go session aims to provide you with all you need to know about Basketball! We will go over the rules of the game and learn basic skills such as dribbling, lay ups and how to defend. Please wear sports-wear, anything you feel comfortable in! Don't forget to bring a water bottle. Any trainers are perfectly fine for playing in, please do not feel you need to have basketball shoes. We all look forward to seeing you on the court. **☺️**
