Who are we?
Nightline is a student-run service, operating on campus and focusing on fundraising and mental health awareness training.
Are you interested in a volunteer role that helps to improve and advocate for student mental health, whilst building your own personal and professional skills in the process? If so, Bristol Nightline is for you!
Bristol Nightline has, for the past 40 years, been operating as a nighttime listening and information phoneline run by student volunteers from the University of Bristol; a service which has recently closed. However, we are excited to announce that this year our society has transitioned to offer fundraising and mental health training services, in collaboration with mental health charities.
Volunteer with us:
Our new volunteer model revolves around two core branches:
Building skills in event planning, collaboration and , means that volunteer work for either branch is a great addition to your CV.
Unwind with us:
As well as volunteering for Nightline and maintaining a positive mental health space on campus, we encourage all members to come along to our socials and wellbeing events to unwind and relax with fellow Nightline members! In the past we have held: coffee meetups, pub quizzes, arts and crafts socials.
