Welcome to the University of Bristol’s Computer Gaming Society - COGS!

No matter the game, platform or style of play you enjoy, COGS is a hub for making friends and memories!

Wanting more casual games to find new friends and socialise? We run weekly socials, both online and in-person, varying from Just Dance to Super Smash Bros, Among Us to Jackbox and many more!

Is the thrill of winning Mario Kart not satisfying your competitive streak? We run monthly tournaments as well as compete against other UK universities with our eSports teams.

Looking for a place to discuss all things gaming? We have a massive Discord server with channels for finding teammates (and even housemates!), discussing tech, watching pro league, and meeting up!

For just £5, you can gain access to the Discord server and attend social nights for free, as well as gain discounted entry to ticketed events!

A list of our typical events:

• Console Socials
• Monthly Tournaments (with amazing prizes to be won!)
• Server Nights
• LAN Parties: we rent out a space, bring consoles and PCs and play together across many games like Minecraft, CS:2 etc
• Pub Crawls
• Joint socials with either socs from UoB, UWE and Bath Uni, like Karaoke, Paintballing etc
• You can also join the COGS Minecraft Server!
