The University of Bristol’s Latin American Society 🦜 (LatamSoc) exists to celebrate, represent, and share Latin American culture 🌺.
We aim to create a welcoming space and a support network for Latin American students, whilst also encouraging diversity and multicultural understanding within the wider university community.
By organising inclusive cultural events— such as language exchanges 🗣, music events 🪘, dance classes 💃, culinary celebrations 🥭, sports events ⚽️, literary and historical talks 📚, and partnerships with other societies— we aim to showcase the unique and diverse cultures of Latin America.
We also intend to promote cross-cultural dialogue on campus, enrich student life and contribute to the university’s commitment to diversity, community, and global engagement 🌎.
