Love acting? Want to expand your range, continue your passion for Shakespeare or try something completely new? Whatever the reason Shakespeare society is a great opportunity for you to meet friendly, enthusiastic individuals with a love for acting and a passion for everything Shakespeare! This Give it a Go session will give you the basis of what our society is about. We will look into understanding some of the most famous monologues and duologues from classical theatre and explore how the use of movement, voice and expression can change the way these pieces are received. This is an inclusive and exciting space that would love to have you involved no matter your experience. All we ask is that you bring a water bottle and clothes you can move around in.
