Calisthenics Give it a Go!

Calisthenics is one of the simplest and most effective forms of exercise, you will need to bring nothing besides yourself and some water! However, if you would like we recommend workout gloves, chalk, and resistance bands!

This session will include coaching on beginner friendly to advanced exercises.
