Calisthenics: Give it a Go! Outdoor Session

Calisthenics is a form of exercise that involves uses only your bodyweight, ranging from the classic pull ups and push ups, advancing all the way to moves such as handstands, front/ back levers and the human flag. We are a beginner-friendly club that teaches in a chill and social manner, focussing on meaningful workouts and clear progressions for any skill and experience level. Whether you are looking to try something new, or frequently go to the gym and want to learn some new skills to use that strength, our sessions have something for everyone!

Our Give it a Go! Outdoor Session will give you real a taste of calisthenics and you will discover strength you never knew you had! The session will have you trying out moves and exercises across some core apparatus - pull-up bars, dip bars and rings. Advanced moves will also be showcased, so you can see what calisthenics is all about!

Since calisthenics is all about bodyweight training, your body is all you need! Wear something comfortable - think gymwear - and bring some water. This session is outdoors, so make sure to be appropriately equipped for the weather. Make sure to join our WhatsApp group to stay updated with the session!
