Please bring a swimming costume/trunks and an old t-shirt (or rash vest) you don’t mind getting wet. Also being a towel and warm clothes for afterwards. All specialist equipment will be provided!  We will meet in the Richmond Building Lobby. Look out for a committee member holding a paddle! Please try to arrive on time so we can have as much time on the water as possible.  Absolutely no prior experience is needed! First we will do a 25m swim test, then we’ll cover the basics of getting into the boat, simple paddle strokes, and how to safely exit if you flip over.
