Bristol SU recognises that the costs of participating in student groups can be prohibitively expensive for some students. The Activity Hardship Fund was created to support those students who wouldn't otherwise be able to participate in their chosen activity due to the cost.

About Us

The University of Bristol Labour Club is the voice of the Labour movement at the University of Bristol. We campaign on behalf of local Labour candidates, listen to speakers, participate in panel events, and of course host socials! Some things we did in the 2025/2026 academic year include:

  • Held a variety of socials, including pub quizzes and policy events.
  • Hosted talks with key national and regional politicians, including MPs, and other figures in the Labour movement.
  • Travelled to London to collaborate with student groups from across the country.

We already have a busy year planned, with campaign evenings, pub crawls, speaker events and trips to Cardiff and London coming in TB1.
