Come and have a go at lacrosse! All abilities are welcome to the taster session, its a chance to get a feel for the sport and meet some of the seniors. For those who haven't played before we will teach the basics (throwing, catching etc) and for anyone who is more experienced there will be a chance to work on some more advanced skills and play some structured drills. What to wear: - Sports clothes - Trainers What to bring: - Water Bottle - Mouthguard (if you have one) - Goggles (if you have them) - Lacrosse stick (if you have one) Sticks will be provided to those who don't have one so no need to worry if you don't.
