April brings us the Cross Country Club as Team of the Month!
Their inclusive offer has helped them to continue to increase participation throughout the year. They have cultivated a great atmosphere in their team, standing out in the society as a serious player for them. You can find out more about the club here and a huge congrats to everyone involved!

PSJ are our March Team of the Month. As an 8-a-side Intramural team, they embody community and friendship. They've also won their league! You can find them @psj_cf on Instagram and see more information about getting involved in Intramural here - anyone can join!

Our first ever Team of the Month is Women's Football 1s!
We were really impressed by their application, which highlighted their passion, determination and leadership. They're huge inspirations to students and prospective students and should be very proud of themselves! You can find out more information about how to get involved with the Women's Football Club here.
The Bristol SU Team of the Month award aims to recognise and celebrate the brilliant achievements of our sporting teams. The award will be presented each month to teams who have performed well in their leagues, gone above and beyond to enrich the experiences of their members, or thought of innovative ways to develop their sport within the community.
What do winning groups get?
- Groups are featured across Bristol SU social channels
- A digital badge to display online
- The opportunity to host an Instagram takeover on our main SU account
- A certificate stating how fab the group is
Who can nominate?
Nominations can be made by anyone who is proud of the achievements the team has made in the past month. This could be a club member, player, a supporter, a coach or even a partner the group collaborates with.
What are the nomination criteria?
Nominations must be for a team that:
- Is part of a Bristol SU affiliated Student Group or Intramural Team
- Has done something amazing in the month you are nominating for
- Has made a significant impact on members or the wider community
- Aligns with Bristol SU values (Equality, Diversity & Inclusion, Wellbeing, Community, Sustainability and Fun)
Deadlines
Winners are announced on the 2nd of the month (or first Monday of the month if the 2nd falls on a weekend)
All submissions should be made before the last day of the month.
