Congratulations to Francesca, our December Rep of the Month!
Francesca has gone above and beyond in her role as Faculty Rep for Arts, Law and Social Sciences. In her very first Teaching Block, she’s shown incredible commitment to amplifying student voices and strengthening representation ⭐
Francesca co-chaired the Faculty Academic Rep Forum with confidence and creativity, introducing new ways to gather feedback and ensuring every voice is heard. She’s also led workshop sessions tackling key concerns for students, and taken an independent approach to engaging both staff and students on employability.
Her collaborative work with faculty staff has resulted in more opportunities for career development and innovative ideas for student-staff networking. Francesca’s proactive, solutions-focused approach proves she’s not only listening to feedback but acting on it, making a real difference for her peers.
