We're a mixed gender club welcoming all abilities and experience levels.

We're grateful to have received support from the Alumni and Friends donors to help get our club up and runnning.

Our Alumni Grant Impact Report is available to read on the Bristol SU website. 

We generally hold 2 session per week (subject to weather):

• Wednesday afternoon on the downs (subject to coaching availability)
• Saturday mornings at Coombe Dingle sports complex

Development and Team Building

• At the beginning of the year we'll focus on the basics of fielding and batting, with an emphasis on technique. 
• As the group's skills develop we'll explore a range of varied training drills and activities. 
• Our aim is for all members to be match-confident with a solid grip of how baseball works. 
• A baseball mitt is not required but we do have limited capacity. For that reason, having your own mitt is recommended.

There will be a number of opportunities for competition:

• Varsity games with UWE 
• BUCS Regional and National Championships
• Friendly matches against fellow members
• See BUCS Baseball Regulations for more information on match format and rules.

Your membership fee helps to cover pitch hire and the maintenance of our equipment.
